Welcome back to term 2.
Term 2 has got off to a great start and we are so excited about a couple of major events that are happening soon. At today’s whole school assembly Huseyin from grade 6 will be having his head shaved for a most worthy cause. Huseyin is supporting the Leukaemia Foundation, World’s Greatest Shave and is prepared to lose his lustrous locks to help raise money for research that will hopefully find better treatments and cures for leukaemia. The Leukaemia Foundation is a not for profit organisation, which relies heavily upon donations and fundraising. We are so proud of Huseyin and his effort and to help us learn more about the Leukaemia Foundation. If you would like to support the cause and help huseyin in his fund raising efforts you can follow this link to donate!!!
Coming soon to RHPS is our Family Fun afternoon to launch the Kids Matter initiative at our school.
The theme is every face has its place and we want all families in our school community to support their child by coming along on Wednesday 29th April from 3:30pm to 5:30pm to make your face from an array of materials that will be made available. Come along and support your child by joining in the fun! We look forward to seeing your face on the 29th!!!!
